By accessing or using Korneza Outpost (the "Service"), a reliability and security proxy for Model Context Protocol (MCP) clients and servers operated by Korneza Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Korneza Outpost provides an intermediary routing proxy for MCP tool calls, including caching responses, retrying failed requests, verifying schema compliance, and executing security filtering on transient calls. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. Authentication and Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using a valid email address and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to route or forward any requests that:

• Infringe on third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Contain malicious code, trojans, or tools designed to exploit remote servers.
• Attempt to bypass security checkpoints, anomaly logs, or access controls of target MCP servers.
• Violate any local, national, or international laws.

5. Caching and Data Processing

As part of our routing features, Korneza Outpost may store transient cache records of idempotent tool responses at the edge. By using the Service, you grant us the necessary permissions to process, forward, and cache your MCP payloads as configured by your client setup.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Korneza Solutions or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
